Frequently asked questions

New accounts have to be registered in our system by our sales team. If you are already a customer with us and you did not receive an email with your login details, please contact our customer service.

1. Click on Log in or register
2. Click on Request your new account and company
3. Fill in your data and submit your request

Your request in now being processed by our sales team.

You can order a sample for any of our fabrics with just a few clicks.

1. Go to the fabric you want to order a sample for
2. Click on Order a sample
3. Fill in your data. If you are logged in, this will be filled in automatically.
4. Click Submit

Our sales team will be in touch.

Our cut-length service is available for some of our collections. You can find an overview here.

1. Log in
2. Go to the fabric you want to order
3. You can preselect a colour on the page
4. Click on Place an order. The selected colours will be added.
5. Choose Cut-length
6. Choose your amount
7. Add to My cart
8. Go to My cart and check your data. You can edit the desired shipping date if needed
9. Choose your shipping method if you have multiple options
10. Fill in your order reference if needed
11. Confirm your order

You will receive an email from us when the order has been confirmed in our system. Part of your order might not be in stock and could be delivered via backorder. Go to your account to track your delivery. For exact details, you can check the email send by the delivery company.

You can also add orders using the quick add button in My cart.

You can order all our products by the roll.

1. Log in
2. Go to the fabric you want to order
3. You can preselect a colour on the page
4. Click on Place an order. The selected colours will be added.
5. Choose Roll when both options are available
6. Choose your finish, colour and amount. If you want different finishes, you need to make two separate orders.
7. Add to My cart
8. Go to My cart and check your data. You can edit the desired shipping date if needed.
9. Choose your shipping method if you have multiple options
10. Choose an order reference if needed.
11. Confirm your order

3. Click on Check our stock level
4. Use the search bar to look for specific colours

You can see how many rolls we have for the product, how many metres there are to a roll and how much stock we have per colour.

You can request or download any product sheet for all products.

1. Go to the fabric you want a product sheet for
2. Scroll down and click Product sheet

If you have an account, the file will download automatically. If not, you can fill in your information and we will be in touch.

Orders

Here you can see an overview of your orders and their shipment status. Click on show details for more information.

Invoices

Here you can see an overview of your invoices and their payment status. You can also download them if needed.

Prices

Here you can see the prices for products you've ordered.

Users

Here you can see all users for the company you are logged in for.

Company details

Here you can see your company details and shipment locations.

My account

Here you can see your personal details.

Because your personal details are integrated into our operating system, you can’t change your details on the website. You can, however, make a request and we will change everything for you.

2. Click on the profile icon and go to Dashboard
3. Go to My account
4. Make the changes you want
5. Click on Request change
